Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Describe what is required of the client prior to their appointment arrival, such as coming in with no makeup, or arriving at the appointment 15 minutes early.
Cancellation policies
Acuity Scheduling can help limit no-show cancellations. Set up a cancellation policy, and have your clients agree to it when they book.
Payment policies
Describe important details like deposit information, fees surrounding no-shows, cancelations or late arrivals, or accepted payment methods.
