Duration and Frequency of Therapy
Individual Therapy Sessions are 50-minutes in length.
During our first appointment, we will work together to make a plan for how often you would you like to attend therapy in order to achieve your specific goals.
Typically, this means weekly sessions for the first phase of therapy and then decreasing visits to every other week when we both feel comfortable doing so.
Paying for Individual Therapy
$180 per session
Payment for therapy is collected at each visit. I offer private pay options (cash, check, card, Zelle, etc.).
Many insurance companies will reimburse a certain amount for out-of-network services. I am happy to offer a “Superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
